Too many Americans lack insurance or have health plans that fall short in times of need, leaving them at risk of financial collapse if they are diagnosed with a life-threatening disease.

ACS CAN, along with the AARP, the Alzheimer’s Association, the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association, represents millions of people across the country who want quality health care, and want it now. Their voices will be heard by lawmakers, candidates, policymakers and others in a nationwide nonpartisan effort to call attention to this urgent need in our health care system.
